I have a profession in NSW public sector and there are 3 family members at my house. You will share a bathroom with one of my family member.

I will explain location first. Newington is a new suburb next to Olympic park, beautiful with lots of trees and river and bush walking road, clean, convenient and safe. 2 minutes walk to bus station. Bus route to Strathfield where lots of express train go to city and everywhere, Burwood, Eastwood, Rhode, Parramatta, Macquarie Uni etc. 3 minutes walk to grocery, cafes and restaurants.

The room has a built- in- wardrobe with mirror doors, single bed with bed linens supplied, desk, chair, drawers, book shelf and fan.
The Floor is wood, not carpet so you don't need to worry about allergy and it is clean and cool in the summer.

You are required to keep your room clean, suggesting cleaning minimum once a week.

You can use my laundry machine.

Breakfast, internet, toilet tissue and laudry detergent are included.

We are easy going, frienfly and quiet family. 1 family members go to city, UNSW from Mon to Fri. So students whose school is UTS, University of Sydney would find no problem. Of course AUC and Western Sydney University and TAPE Meadowbank is close.

Our background is speak english at home.

I can pick you up from airport with charge if you arrive on Sat and Sun, and other days can be organised.
If you need parking, it is available.
