FEMALES ONLY - Lovely villa in the heart of Eastwood on direct route to the city via either bus or train. A short walk to the station and one minute to restaurants, nightlife, banks, post office, chemist, supermarket etc. Accommodation for 2 girls available in large, reverse-cycle air conditioned room with separate entrance off garden courtyard. Ensuite with toilet & shower plus mini fridge, tea & coffee making facilities, widescreen TV and WiFi. Shared use of fully equipped laundry & clothes lines in the sun ( but I am more than happy to do your laundry for you ). Breakfast & evening meal provided. Our pets are 2 peach faced love bird parrots named Barney & Bubba who live in a large cage in our lounge room and 2 laying hens named Scarlett & Matilda who obviously live outside in our yard and provide us with delicious fresh eggs everyday :)
